• IMPRINT INFORMATION: - WN-DR-01 - Your one color line art, logo or text directly imprinted onto wet nap packets. - Standard imprint is on one side or both sides with same or different imprint (upcharge) - Imprint area approx 1.2" x 1.2" - 100 individual packets is the minimum order, set-up charges apply - Due to the nature of the fabric, imprint may have the tendency to be uneven. Shaded areas may not completely fill in, small details and fine lines will most likely not print, small detailed areas may fill in. Printed on a hand jig, imprint location may vary. One color imprints only. • ARTWORK: - Your vector artwork: submit vector file with all text converted to curves/outlines, black ink on white background regardless of imprint color. Line art and solid fills only, no greyscale, no halftone. Simple art is best. - OR - - Our artwork: over the last 20 years, we have amassed an extensive design library. Our art is free after you submit a complete firm order. Provide type of event, design request, names, date, location, other text on your order and we will provide artwork choices for you. If you need spec art created without an order, the rate is $45 per hour, minimum 1 hour. • INKS: - Standard Inks BLACK or RED – no additional charge, click for SWATCH SHEET* - Upcharge for other inks - Pantone Ink Specified (due to material properties exact match is not guaranteed) $65 upcharge - *Pantone numbers listed are approximates, imprint ink coverage, the absorbency of the product and the drying process may change the appearance of an ink color. - ONE color imprint only, different imprint color on back then front add $45(v) • SET-UP CHARGE: - Plate charge: $19. For a second side different imprint add additional plate charge as indicated - Re-orders without changes within 3 months $15				• MATERIAL: - Moist towelette packet measures approx 2.0" x 2.0", approx 4" x 7" white wipe folded inside sealed the packet has a light citrus scent. Outer packet only can be printed or labeled, we do not imprint the actual wipe. Size variation does occur. - Packets start blank white on both sides, product color can not be changed - Minimum for imprinted or labeled - only 100 packets. - Blanks are available click to order - Eye dots which are small corner marks will be present in a small percentage of your order and are unavoidable as they are required for the cutting process, eye dot colors will vary - Ordering early? Sure! Shelf life is a year+. Store in a cool dry place. - Ingredients: 98.8% water, 1% lemon fragrance, .2% soap - Physical Description: A pre-moistened towelette made with virgin paper, individually packaged in a moisture-proof pouch. SDS available upon request. • PROOFING: - Includes a free email artwork proof. Direct imprint will be black/white. You may want to order our white scrap buckets for dispensers. • SAMPLES: - Random Wet Wipe Sample (specify which type) is always available for inspection prior to final sale purchase of your custom created order, just email your request along with your FED EX or UPS account number. Any concerns must be addressed prior to final sale purchase. - Pre-production sample: $75 • PRODUCTION TIME / RUSHES (as production allows, timing in business days): - ALL orders must list the required delivery date on the original order and confirmed with proofing. - Standard production time is approximately 10 business days from receipt of approved art and prepayment. - Super-fast production – as production allows, contact us to discuss same day upcharge - 3-day production add upcharge - 5-day production add upcharge - Stock is never an issue with these personalize wet wipes. They are completely manufactured and printed in the U.S.A. with all U.S.A. inks and supplies. • SHIPPING: - FOB: NJ - Shipment will be via UPS or USPS - Bill to third party UPS shipping available, provide account and account billing address $7.50. We do not have daily FED EX pickup, specification of FED EX account may delay shipment. - Tracking information will be automatically emailed - Box sizes and weights: Wet Wipes: 100 = approx 1 lb.
