2 - Choose Your Handle: if applicable, will replace handle included with the base cost
o HANDLE #SP4 : standard pocket reach is approx 1" from edge of paper to center of design, nickel plated, includes pouch and measures approx 5" long x 4.25" high - included with stock seals - no additional charge
o HANDLE #SD5 : standard desktop reach approx 1" from edge of paper to center of design, nickel plated and black epoxy finish, rubber feet, measures approx 4.5" wide x 5" high - included with custom seals Upgrade option for stock seals: additional charge
o HANDLE #DPB : both standard pocket AND standard desktop handle - Upgrade option: additional charge
o HANDLE #DPADD : add'l standard pocket OR standard desktop handle with original purchase or at later date - Upgrade option: add $15/each

o FOR ROUND SEALS - the only typestyles available on a curve (for Arcs) for round seals are all UPPER CASE BLOCK or all UPPER CASE ROMAN

4 - Choose Your IMPRINT: any text you would like, official (such as: institutional, state, academic) seals require documentation, see ** below.
Unless otherwise specified at time of order, imprint will be sized to maximum usable area of the seal proportionally
o FOR RECTANGULAR 1" x 2" SEALS:
§ STOCK SEALS #EMB-M03: your 1-4 lines of text (such as your return address), centered in your choice of one of the above typestyles, suggested maximum is 23 characters/spaces per line, this can also be a 1-4 letter monogram (initials next to one another, no specific placement or sizing) or a stock design , any deviation will be priced as a custom seal
o FOR ROUND SEALS:
§ STOCK SEALS #EMB-M01: TEXT around arcs, stock design , initial or monogram in center, standard borders will be used unless otherwise specified at time of order, suggested maximum is 23 characters, this can also be a 1-4 letter monogram (initials next to one another, no specific placement or sizing) or stock design , any deviation will be priced as a custom seal
§ TOP ARC: such as LIBRARY OF , FROM THE LIBRARY OF, FROM THE DESK OF, FROM THE KITCHEN OF, PROPERTY OF, COMPANY NAME/DATE OF INCORPORATION, ACHIEVEMENT, MUSIC LIBRARY OF, etc.
§ OPTIONAL INNER TOP ARC: try to keep maximum to 10 characters
§ OPTIONAL INNER BOTTOM ARC: try to keep maximum to 10 characters
§ BOTTOM ARC: such as NAME, INCORPORATION DATE, COMPANY NAME, MARRIAGE DATE, etc.
5 - Choose Fixed Position of Die: (fixed position of die, seal can not be rotated, fixed position must be indicated at time of order)
o to emboss from the BOTTOM (such as for envelope flaps, imprint is upright when using the mechanism from the bottom) OR
o to emboss from the TOP (such as for the top of stationery, imprint is upright when using the mechanism from the top) OR
o to emboss from the LEFT or RIGHT (such as for the side of a book or certificate - NOT available for rectangle seals)
6 - Additional STOCK Insert of exact same imprint (optional)
